Cedarbrook by Westbow Construction is a 80 acre, 1200+ unit development in Chilliwack, BC that is in year 3 of a 10 year master plan. Leading the Cedarbrook sales team is Alaina Pastro, whose responsibilities include leading a sales team, working with buyers & realtors, mortgage brokers, lawyers & lenders, collaborating with marketing, and even managing lease ups. In other words, Alaina and her team have much to do in a limited amount of time. However, at the beginning of the project, their attention was constantly being pulled away from these core areas of focus and being occupied by tedious and time-consuming tasks as the result of their former ineffective sales processes. Prior to Spark, Westbow struggled with tracking and managing their available inventory.
