Prior to implementing Spark, Surrey, BC-based developer Dawson + Sawyer was using a mixture of siloed tools to manage the marketing and sales operations, which caused significant roadblocks for their sales team.

Additionally, the limited scope of Dawson + Sawyer’s sales software forced the developer to do transactions manually with paper contracts. With only so many working hours in the day, the company faced a bottleneck in the daily maximum number of transactions they were able to process.

“Each paper contract used to require us to sit down with the client, which would take over an hour to print, sign, scan and complete. This meant that our ability to sign more than 8-10 contracts in a single day was extremely limited, which was a huge bottleneck for us during launch weekends or in a busy market."

“If someone missed a signature or initial then that would be even longer. There was just so much scanning and having to send things back and forth, it was easy for mistakes to be made.”

That doesn't happen with Spark and digital contracts. Being able to generate contracts in minutes and sending it out through Spark’s DocuSign integration has been seamless.

Initials and signatures are no longer missed with digital contracts, it’s so much more efficient. The ability to track disclosure statements and ensure people have received their amendments has been an incredible asset for us as well.”
